Beleth's Office

 Beleth's Office

Beleth's office is  one of the most spacious in the Gallows, only equal to the offices of the other
division heads. The decor is kept relatively subtle--though everywhere it exists, you can see
evidence of her Dalish culture. They are all natural in make, a tapestry of a tall, spindly tree,
a wreath of leafy branches. It's a far more subtle effect than her room, but still undeniable.

There are two bookshelves against one end of the room, one filled with books--mostly of scholarly
make, research on various topics. Whatever Beleth might be able to call upon to fill a gap
in her own knowledge. The other one is filled with files, containing information on various
members of the Inquisition, particularly the Scouting division, and their current tasks and
assignments. However, anyone trying to rummage through will find that all information and
assigned jobs are basic at best, nothing that anyone couldn't learn by spending time in the
Gallows. If Beleth keeps more interesting information on people, it isn't there.

Her desk is large, but of simple make, and more often than not covered in various papers,
all of which are neatly ordered into piles, and it gives off the impression of organized clutter.
But Beleth seems to know where everything is, at least.

There are three chairs in the room, one rests behind the desk, and this is the chair that Beleth
most often can be found occupying, working away at whatever tasks need her attention.
The other two chairs are on the other side, with a little table between them. These chairs are
where Beleth conducts most of her personal meetings with agents of the Inquisition, preferring
not to be separated by a giant desk when trying to deal with people. Though, of course, they can
always be utilized to seat visitors that Beleth would like to keep at an arms length.

The only other point of interest in the office is what appears to be a slightly charred pet bed,
pushed into a corner, with a handful of pet toys around it. Occasionally, this pet bed is occupied
by neither dog nor cat, but what appears to be a miniaturized dragonling, sprawled out and
napping. On days with colder weather, this dragonling will be transferred to hanging
around Beleth, and providing much-needed heat.
